Thank you for shopping with FYX. We’re here to make last-minute plans effortless — but we know sometimes things don’t work out. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. How Returns Work
FYX partners with independent retailers, boutiques, and brands. Because of this, all returns must be completed directly with the retailer who fulfilled your order.
FYX does not pick up, process, or approve returns.
To return an item:

Visit the retailer listed on your order confirmation.

Bring the item in its original condition (unworn, unused, with tags).

Follow that retailer’s posted return policy and timeline.
Each retailer has its own return rules, which may include:

Store credit only

Exchange only
-
Final sale items
-
Specific time windows (ex: 7–14 days)
FYX does not override or modify a retailer’s policies.
2. Refunds
Because FYX does not process returns, refunds are handled by the retailer directly according to their policy.
FYX does not provide refunds, credits, or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Wrong size or fit
-
Delayed pickup or delivery caused by retailer or courier

Items eligible for return directly with the retailer
Refunds for delivery fees, service fees, or rush charges are not offered, as these services are fulfilled once delivery has been completed.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

4. Late or Missed Deliveries
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on:

Courier availability

Traffic or weather

Retailer preparation time
Once an order is placed and delivery has begun, fees cannot be refunded.
5. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after they’ve been submitted, as inventory is reserved and fulfillment begins immediately.

If a retailer is unable to fulfill an item, you will receive a refund for the unavailable item only.
6. Exchanges
All exchanges must be handled directly with the retailer.
FYX does not:

Schedule exchange pickups

Redeliver exchange items

Approve exchange eligibility
